I enlisted the assistance of Preserve Services in resolving a problem on our home. The problem involved removing rotted wood, replacing it with pvc material and painting that area afterward. The problem was resolved very satisfactorily soon after we signed the project proposal. I was a pleasure dealing with Preserve Services every step of the way. Nick - the project manager - was courteous and professional and ensured that the project was completed exactly as specified in the project proposal. I would not hesitate to consult with Preserve Services once again when we require assistance in completing repairs on our home.

We are very happy with Preserve Services and the job they did for us. Marcelo and his team were great. They arrived when we scheduled the work to begin and worked very hard each day to complete the work in a timely manner. The crew were very neat and tidy. When done, the only thing they left behind was a perfectly painted house. I would highly recommend them.

We had an excellent experience with Preserve Services. Marcelo showed up when he said he would to discuss our job and options. He provided answers to all our questions and gave references. Once our work was underway, he was always available. The crew members were great. They worked hard, were respectful, and cleaned up everyday. The job was finished on time, if not earlier. We had one issue and Marcelo fixed it right away. The cost was as quoted. We can vouch that he stands by his word. Quality of work is very good. Would definitely recommend.

Our neighbor with a very old, beautiful home in our neighborhood, used Preserve Services and had only good things about the team. The coordination, and the end product had impressed her. 2 years later her home still looks terrific. So when we needed our 1800's home attended to- we called them too. Nick from Preserve Services is super professional and wants to hear/ accomplish the goal of his customer. Of course in New England, having outside work done depends on weather. NICK stayed in communication with us from 1st appointment, to quote, to timing of our project. A lot of carpentry and exterior wood was to be replaced, and we were involved in the process in choosing how deep/ how much we wanted done. The work was done beautifully by Luis. He also tidied up some things (connected to the replacement he had done) with out us even asking-& Rafael too.The awesome painting team was run by Edwin. His whole group were so respectful and worked their tails off. Every night they were cleaning up and preparing for thier next day. We are very happy we chose Preserve Services!

Preserve Services did a large interior painting job for us, with some rooms with 18 foot ceilings. They also stained 60 feet of back decks, and did some miscellaneous carpentry repairs. All of the work was done with high-quality results. The 3-person crew was at our place for a week. They were very professional and accomomdating, helping with furniture removal and returning it to original places. There was no nickel and diming. We highly recommend them.

I usually dislike the process of finding a vendor because they don't respond, come unscheduled, stay 1/2 day and don't return for a week or so.... FINALLY I have found an A+ company in Marcelo and his Preserve Services. They did BOTH carpentry and painting. Showed up when they said they would, completed job is less days then stated because the amazing team would stay later to finish up. Friendly with daily updates. I could not have been happier with the experience

Preserve Services just completed work on my home, and they did a fantastic job. It was a complex set of tasks on a 90 year old house that required not only painting, but some tricky carpentry, shingling and repairs that needed to seamlessly match the original woodworking.

Brayan Rovira was the project manager, and was superb to work with. He answered all of my questions from start of the project, through to the end and quickly responded to all of my many emails and questions along the way. He came to inspect the work himself, regularly. His leadership ensured that the project moved along smoothly and efficiently, with no surprises, making use of every available good-weather day to make progress.

I was nervous about the complexity of the job, because there was a fair amount of wood and shingles that needed to be replaced, and one area that had 90 year old natural edge boards, where some of them would need to be replaced with new boards and blended without looking strange. They went above and beyond to make this happen, carving new boards to match the natural edge original siding, seamlessly blending the new wood with the old.

The crew was awesome. They showed up on time and worked long hours. Good guys all around.

I plan on hiring them again to do more work, because they did such a great job.

I had Preserve Services replace trim on my house in West Newbury. I am extremely happy with the work and glad I selected them. Brayan was quick to respond to my request for an estimate and it was a fair well described proposal. The communication was great throughout the project including setting the date carpenters would be on site and when they finished . The job was done professionally and expertly cleaned 0. Excellent carpentry. The supervisor - Brayan- was there to get things going and make sure I was satisfied. The paint was matched perfectly and the site was cleaned up well when the work was done. I highly recommend Preserve Services.

Marcelo and his crew did an excellent job with our exterior carpentry project. We had random bits of siding and trim to finish up and they were very skilled with all the different projects. Marcelo was communicative and professional. I would ask them back again anytime!
