Highest Recommendation! Wonderful communication, great prices, timely arrival and work completion, neat and clean throughout the projects (exterior carpentry and painting). Thank you very much Nathan and crew !!!

Matt and his crew were very upfront with recommendations for our needed deck repairs.
Their quality of work was impeccable, the materials recommended were of high quality and the team put it all together in the estimated time.
They all listened to our needs and produced excellent results.

I very highly recommend Preserve Services for all your home construction projects.

I would recommend Preserve Services for any carpentry work!!

I’m thrilled with Preserve Services! They were very reasonably priced, efficient and fantastic to work with. I’d give them a 9.9 out of 10! They did some gutter, carpentry and painting work on our carriage house. As you can see from the after and before photos, they did an outstanding job. Will be using them again.

Did a great job and we excellent in communication.

Great experience working with Matt and team on both painting and carpentry for our triple decker. We wound up needing to replace the front decks, and the team did a great job at a fair (for Cambridge) price. Building looks and feels great. Matt's team stands by their work and came back a year later to patch up a few small things, which we greatly appreciated.

I needed help with painting and repairs on an outdoor stairway with a deck and also a door. They did a fine job with priming, painting and sealing. I am very happy knowing it will look good and last for many years. Thank you to Matt and Nathan for helping with all my concerns.

I had an excellent experience with Preserve Services who helped me with some exterior carpentry work on my house. They nailed all the basics: quick, frequent communication, a prices estimate that was fair and not overpriced, high quality work and a final price that matched the estimate exactly. They will be getting my business again.

This is the second time I've used Preserve Services, both times with Matt Nicholson as the project manager. I can't say enough about how great Matt and Preserve are. For this project, I had them replace the old wood of our front porch with composite decking. During the demo, they discovered multiple, serious structural issues--which they communicated clearly and quickly, fixed THAT DAY, and completed at a very reasonable cost. I'm extremely satisfied with their work, as I was the first time (an exterior house-painting job). In fact, I've already hired Matt and Preserve again, this time for an interior house painting job in a few weeks. They do fantastic work, cleanly and quickly, at a competitive price, and they are responsive and professional. You will not regret hiring Matt Nicholson and Preserve Services!

Preserve Services in Newton recently replaced rotted trim and stairs and decking and painted my shingle siding, decks, railings and trim. The work was excellent , done in a timely manner, and the price was fair. The project was managed by Nathan Santa Rosa who maintained excellent communication and understood and remembered all the details we discussed in defining the project. The project went very well.
